A Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! PS- I had no option to give a zero rating else I would have selected that
If you value your money, time, and taste buds, stay far away from House of Flavors! This so-called restaurant cum cloud kitchen is nothing but a disaster, both in food quality and customer service.
We ordered Yakhni Pulao and Laal Maas, and honestly, both were so bad that they weren’t even consumable.
Laal Maas – A Joke! It wasn’t even Laal Maas, just a watery mutton curry overloaded with raw red spices and laal mirchi that were not cooked properly. It literally felt like eating raw masalas.
To make things worse, they served it with thandi rotis (cold breads). When we complained, the staff had the audacity to say, “Fan chal raha hai, isliye thandi ho gayi” – Seriously? What kind of excuse is that?
OWNER’s ARROGANCE- THE WORST PART
When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner herself came over—not to listen, but to yell at us! Instead of acknowledging our terrible experience, she rudely dismissed our feedback, saying: “Laal Maas toh aisa hi hota hai… Aapko nahi pata aisa hota hai.” Really? We know exactly what authentic Laal Maas tastes like, and this wasn’t even close!
And here’s the most shocking part: While we were explaining how disappointing the food and service were, she straight-up refused to care and said:
“Jo bhi hai, paisa toh aapko dena padega. Nahi pasand aaya toh pack karake le jaao.” Wow! Instead of fixing the issue, her solution was to force us to pay for inedible food and take it home? What kind of hospitality is this?
SHAMELESS ATTITUDE AND ZERO HOSPITALITY
While we were explaining our issues, she literally walked away mid-conversation, saying: “Jo bhi hai, aap dekh lo. Mere paas bohot orders hain, main ja rahi hoon.” This is how they treat customers? No apology, no concern—just plain arrogance! How can someone in the food business be this rude? We went there expecting quality food and a decent experience, paid a high price, and in return, we were treated like our presence didn’t matter. The owner behaves as if she is doing us a favor by serving food, completely forgetting that it is customers who keep her business running!
No Basic Serving Utensils – Beyond Pathetic!
To make things even worse, they didn’t even have a proper serving spoon! They expected us to serve ourselves using a tiny spoon that was barely functional! When we asked why a restaurant couldn’t even provide a basic serving spoon, the owner arrogantly responded:
“Hamare yaha aisa hi rehta hai, yeh restaurant nahi, cloud kitchen hai.” Wait, what?! If you don’t know how to serve customers properly, why are you even allowing dine-in? If you can’t provide basic hospitality, don’t pretend to be a restaurant!
Final Verdict: Save yourself the regret! This place is not worth a single penny. Bad food, horrible service, and an arrogant owner who doesn’t care about customers. Avoid dining here and don’t even think about ordering from them on Zomato or Swiggy unless you want to ruin your meal and your mood!
Look, we understand that restaurants can have bad days. We aren’t the kind of customers who leave bad reviews over minor mistakes. But this level of arrogance is completely disgraceful!
The owner doesn’t care about food quality, customer experience, or even basic hospitality—all she cares about is taking your money!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Whether it's dine-in or ordering online, avoid House of Flavors...
Read moreI recently dined at House of Flavours and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, talking about the atmosphere - No proper dine in service was available. We went there after the confirmation with owner whether the dine is available or not. Food - ordered thali - fish was not fresh, chicken’s gravy tasted like water. And even chicken was overcooked. Roti was of maida flour rather than of wheat flour. Pulav was like boiled rice given with piece of chicken. Even the rice was of bad quality and soggy. Chicken and fish had were of same taste which was bland. Tasteless, bland food. It was disappointing. I had high hopes for this place after hearing a buzz but unfortunately the experience was huge letdown. Pricing is high as compared to the food and so not worth it. Worst quality of food ever experienced. Tables were not clean and they did not even cleaned even after request to clean. Also, spoons box was very dirty. Cycle was kept in the dine in room. Such a bad vibe place.
Most importantly, we as a customer have full rights to review about the food and the place. But after giving the review, the owner talked in a very disrespectful way. The place and food was very cheap and the owner was calling the customer cheap. This is not the right way to respond. They should have enough guts to accept both positive and negative feedback. If someone is giving you negative review, they should improve the quality of the food and the place to attract the customers in future. And my earlier review have been removed. Owner should have the guts to accept the criticism also if they are not capable of proving the...
Read moreDear 'House of flavours', learn to say NO to an order if you don't have the sufficient quantity left to plate! A random beautiful evening between a father and son got ruined all because of your serving. I ordered a half portion of mutton in anticipation that my father would appreciate my choice of restaurant but all in vain. All I received was mere BONES!. If you've built a reputation of a decent cloud kitchen then please stick to it! Highly disappointed by your product and service. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU ATTEND YOUR CUSTOMERS (Loyal one's like me). Teach your staff that to fulfill each and ever SINGLE order with honesty. NEVER ordering...
