Domino's Pizza | Indira Nagar, Thane — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

I don't really give reviews but this one has compelled to write one. I have ordered from this place only 6 times and half of the times there were some sort of issues. First time I ordered, they called me to inform that their wheat crust is not available, which is good, good that you call and inform the customer and change things accordingly before delivery. Second time, they delivered the order twice which I told that I already received my delivery. And this third time, I ordered the "Indi Chicken Tikka" which has the delicious Mint Mayo sauce that completes the pizza, but they delivered it without the said sauce which is the whole point of that pizza. When I called they tried to bribe me with a complimentary pizza. Why did you not call before delivering to inform the issue like you always do, and why delivered the half made product in the first place. You delivered a product which does not look the one which you displayed on your app, I am sure the consumer court lawyers would love to make a case out of it. I never complained before but it makes you look petty but this is just cheating. Very pathetic service and management. The quality of the pizza hasn't improved, toppings are still sparse. I only ordered from here because of the wheat crust offering but I don't think I'll order from...

Location: This Dominoes is 3-5 minutes away from the Birla College, Chikanghar region. So it's a good location for college going students to munch on and enjoy pizza here.

Infrastructure: The architecture of the place is little weird. Inside of the dominoes is seems very congested. 3-4 tables have been placed inside very close to each other and ordering area, also close to the washroom. There is more place to seat outside the store which is quite spacious so it's not a bad thing.

Delivery: My home is pretty far away from this place and I guess everytime I've received the delivery of order in less than 30 minutes so there's no problem with...

I'm regular customer of dominos, but from today's experience I will never prefer it.. We ordered a Pizza which had ketchup in its Base instead of pizza sauce and that tasted very Cheap and Oily. The veggies were not even fresh..they were the frozen veggies. Worst services and cheap food.

Also the AC was not working and this is happened for the 3rd time!
