Nezer Mandi — Restaurant in Kannur

Very disappointed with the delivery services...never thought of this kind of services from them.not for one or two we have ordered food for about 200+ person we have informed them about the order 6 days ago and asked them whether they can do it or not and they agreed to deliver us about 5.30 pm and we have ordered food for iftar party instead of 5.30pm we have waited for 1 and a half hour and they delivered only half of the ordered food which make us in big trouble the nombu thurakkal was at 6.42 pm and we made the Muslims to do their nombu thurakkal with just water...it was such a shame to do so..and they have delivered us the food completely by 8.15 pm . An event had became such a failure bcoz of them..even when we tried to contact them they told us 10 minutes and when we contacted further they didn't take our call..never trust on this people for an event if you want to do it...

I like the ambience here but the food and service was disappointing. At first they said it would take only 10 minutes after ordering but it ended up taking almost an hour. We tried Peri Peri Alfaham Chicken Mandi. The chicken was good but the rice was below average. It was too bland and was nothing close to being authentic.
