As a loyal customer of Coffee House for over 10 years, Iโve always associated the name with trust and quality. While Iโve generally been happy with the other branches, my last two visits to the Coffee House at the Caltex branch have been disappointing.
On one occasion, I ordered the poori and curry, but the pooris were hard, overly oily, and honestly, the worst Iโve ever had. I gave my feedback to the cashier at the time, hoping it was just a one-off issue.
However, on my next visit, I ordered a veg biriyani, and it had very less salt, again making it the worst biriyani Iโve ever had.
