I recently dined at Maraabi restaurant for lunch, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, setting a good initial impression.

Our order included chicken biryani and peri peri alfahm chicken, accompanied by lime and mint lime drinks. Unfortunately, the chicken biryani fell below expectations; the rice lacked quality, which is a critical aspect of any good biryani. The peri peri alfahm chicken lacked the anticipated flavor, prompting us to express our concerns to the staff. They kindly took the dish back to enhance it with peri peri masala. Regrettably, it returned overly spicy, almost burnt, with an overwhelming amount of red chili masala. This experience left us thoroughly disappointed.

As for the drinks, they were decent. However, based on this visit and a previous encounter where the mutton biryani was also subpar, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It's unlikely I'll return...

Very bad service experience had recently. Went to have dinner served food late and also the person attending the table decided the food by himself when the one which we ordered was unavailable after ordering and served to us. Asked for hot water and tissue (which was frm frst itself nt in table) got after 30-45 mins when we called the manager and raised a complaint. We cancelled the food wrongly brought and had rest and paid bill. Again for the balance we had to wait long still they didnt even bring it. Then we had to go to the bill counter and collect it searching for our bill and balance and found that the person serving our table is talking to a bunch of people outside and our bill and balance was put among the empty bill books in the bill counter.
