The food is okay. Used to be really good before, but now I don’t know what happened to them. They reduced portion too. This used to be my favourite fried chicken place. They lost their charm now. I’m giving 1 star only because of their poor customer service. Especially the guy at the counter doesn’t know how to sell it. I visited last weekend to get a take away. Just wanted 2 pieces of chicken and some fries. I first ordered them individual, after billing I noticed there’s a add on fries and drink which I found affordable. I asked him if i can replace individual fries (which I already ordered) to add on offer. He said that will do but only 3-4 sticks of fries will be there on add on but if you order individual fries it will be more quantity. I’m not sure if that is the actual quantity or he jusy lied to me. The management should look into it (my humble request). Also if you’re actually giving only 3-4 sticks of fries in the add on, better take that offer off from the menu. Just don’t cheat...

The dining experience in this restaurant was below average. The restaurant had space for 10 of us to sit together on the first floor. Their fried chicken was average which is not necessarily a bad thing. It just lacks any character or a unique taste. It was fresh from the stove when we got it. Their peri-peri wings tasted good. At the bottom of the list by taste would be their burgers and buffalo fries with cheese. The buns of the burger were dry and breaking like old bread. When we complained about the quality of the buns their response was that it was fresh. We ended up discarding it. Another disaster was the buffalo fries with cheese. It was potato fries with cheap beef curry and an ounce of cheese. It should have been loaded with cheese and beef strips. I wouldn't recommend a dine-in unless you plan to eat only their fries and...

This is an awesome place!

Chikey’s is way more than a “another fried chicken” restaurant. They’ve got Sizzlers, Pasta, Pizza, Soups and more. Plus, a whole menu of Deep Fried Chicken goodies.

Located at the SN Park Junction a little opposite to Kavitha Theatre, this place is easy to spot and parking won’t be an issue here.

The place is set up very nicely and feels very roomy. There’s just one outdoor seating area. More could be arranged, but no issues since the interior seating is cozy.

The staff is very welcoming and service is neat.

The menu is reasonably priced as well. I’d easily pick Chikey’s over any other similar outlets, well because they serve more than Fried Chicken, and that’s a welcome.

A suggestion I have is to offer more options on the drinks.
