I'll give barbeque nation a very very poor review as their customer treatment and hospitality is very bad and i have a proof for the same actually what happened today was that i have booked a table for myself at 3:10 am and said to them that i would be there in 15-20 mins and their last entry timing was 3:30 and store close timing was 4:30 so when i was on the way they were calling me again and again and repeating that last entry timing is 3:30 last entry timing is 3:30 i told them that i am on way reaching there so i reach there at around 3:40 and they just told me go back and come on 6 pm as that if i am their servent or wgat wgat if i got 5-10 min it is that i have to reach for meeting or any other appointment that it is a hard and fast rule that you have to reach at that timing only i told them on the phone also if you have any prob please cancel my booking i will have my lunch somewhere else but that person repeated the same that last entry is at 3:30 pm but the main point is that even i got 10 mins late then you will return a customer back and you have the odesity to tell him/her to comeback at 6 pm i will wait for you people and eat my lunch at 6 pm. The Barbeque Nation Swaroop Nagar branch is Totally Amazing. I don't know why I got to know about it this Late. Me and all my friends used to Visit the Z Square Outlet every time. I have also been to BBQN in Delhi, Lucknow and Chandigarh. This was my First time visiting here and I found it totally Amazing.

The Place was Clean and Perfectly Cold even in 44 degrees of Kanpur today. Service was fast as well as great. The staff was very Polite and the whole Team of Mr. Anup did an amazing Job for all the customers. The Chef also made customised Dishes for us. It was always perfect.

Me and my friend tried almost each and everything they could serve. And there was no dish where we could say that it wasn't good. We were completing the dishes by licking our fingers. All the Desserts and Sweets were also good. The Kulfi Section was also great like all the Bbqn outlets. You cannot even complain there.

Overall this Outlet deserves a Praise. We were highly satisfied by the Food...
