Ambitiously portrayed as a good bakery this joint fails to live up to expectations. The pastries, cakes and other snacks are often stale. We ordered a dark chocolate cake which turned out to be rancid. The bakery took no responsibility and refused any customer service. Then next month we decided to give it a try with a Belgian chocolate cake which again wasnt a belgian chocolate cake at all but just a hard frozen cake with six layers of sponge layered between sad tasting chocolate icing. Total waste of money. Also they have satanic selections like chicken pickle where chicken flesh is kept bottled in pickle sauce. As if humans could get more evil than that. If you are a vegan this bakery has 0 options for you. Overall give it a miss because it is a bad bakery with bad staff. Go to Mr. Brown or Breads instead for fresh and more tasty items. Upper Crust is one of the famous bakery in Swaroop Nagar that offers variety of cakes, pastry, breads and snacks. Their ranges of cakes are good. Snacks is not good as I expected. Their Paneer Patty is good in taste but not spicy and Chicken Patty is too bad don't buy that. They have good area of seating to enjoy snacks but limited to only 7-8 people.
