KFC — Restaurant in Kanpur

Dear KFC Team, I’ve always been a loyal KFC customer and genuinely enjoy your food, but today’s experience at your Z Square, Kanpur outlet was extremely disappointing and upsetting. When I approached the counter to place my order, the staff member Mehnaz was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I politely asked twice, “May I place my order?” and she simply ignored me both times without any response or acknowledgment.

Confused, I then asked, “Should I place my order here, or do you have a digital kiosk I should use instead?” At that point, she looked at me in a way that made me feel like I was standing there to eat for free as if taking my order was some kind of burden or favor she was doing for me. Her attitude was dismissive, arrogant, and made me feel deeply embarrassed in front of others.

Without saying a word, she walked away and passed my order to another staff member, showing no basic courtesy or respect. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from someone representing a global brand like KFC.

No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or looked down upon. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken, because this is not the KFC experience I’ve...

After standing in the queue for more than 15 minutes, when it was our turn and we chose the items. Just before paying for the same by card, the biller said, "Sir, we don't have any lattice vegetables, we'll give you sauces with patties in burgers only." On this, we asked the manager to look into this matter then he said, "We are actually out of stock of all those items, if you want you can leave." So, after giving 25-30 minutes for placing an order and the manager asked us to leave if we want. Had they put a note at the gate saying they were out of stock for certain items, we might not have entered the KFC premises at all, we told the manager. Later, we placed the order with the conditions they put forward to us. Apart from burgers, French Fries are not even up to the mark. On telling about the same to the biller to check the quality, he said, sorry Sir, may be french fries crossed their self life. God, why did they served us if not good. Later, we went to Burger King which is adjacent to the KFC, and fulfilled our appetite. Sad, we didn't served what to be served in KFC, Zsquare...
