Pros: Convenient location (easily accessible from the main road) Pleasant ambience (good lighting and spacious) Main course (variety of decent options) Live counter (enjoyed the Pav bhaji and burgers, along with other chaat items) Dessert counter (menu was average) Private parking available Attentive serving staff

Cons: Confusing navigation to the outlet (multiple signs made it hard to follow) Paid parking Slow service Inconsistent food quality Lack of attentiveness from staff

I visited this outlet on November 3, 2024, for lunch with family after hearing it was the best Absolute Barbeques in Bangalore. Unfortunately, this turned out to be an overhyped claim. Here’s my experience:

Upon arrival, I checked in and confirmed our reservation. The host informed us of the per-person rate, which was surprising since I hadn't encountered this at other Absolute Barbeques locations. We were seated at a table for three, but the grill was slow to heat up and I often waited long for the next set of skewers. The grill was cold initially, but after I mentioned it, it was replaced. The staff initially claimed the grill was intended to keep previously cooked food warm, but the fruit on the skewers was still cold despite being on the grill.

Starters were mediocre. When I mentioned that a couple of them were too spicy and that the chicken kebab lacked salt, we waited 15-20 minutes for a response. When the kebab arrived, it was excessively salty, and despite assurances that the next batch would be better, the issue persisted. We ended up leaving most of the starters uneaten.

I ordered two naan and went to the dessert counter, where I enjoyed the jalebi, but the moong dal halwa was the worst I've had at any Absolute Barbeques. Moving on to the main course, I tried Methi Murgh, Egg Masala, and another chicken dish, plus some noodles. After finishing the noodles, I inquired about the naan and was told it was being prepared. After 20 minutes, it finally arrived, by which time all the gravies had gone cold.

Feedback: The chef should taste the dishes before serving to ensure quality. It’s disappointing that complaints about the excessive salt were not addressed. Service was sluggish, especially on a weekend, and the staff seemed limited. We didn’t receive our complimentary drinks, and no one checked if we wanted to order any beverages.

The attendants at the live counters lacked enthusiasm and were not helpful when I asked about the menu items.

Final Verdict: I won’t return to this outlet. It’s the worst Absolute Barbeques experience I’ve had in Bangalore and certainly not the best as advertised. I do not recommend it to anyone—very...

A Stellar Dining Experience at Absolute Barbeque, Electronic City!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Absolute Barbeque in Electronic City, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The entire team, under the efficient management, went above and beyond to make our evening memorable.

A special shout-out to Rakesh from the front office, whose meticulous planning and attention to detail ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Vijay, manning the reception, was not only welcoming but incredibly helpful throughout our visit. His warm demeanor set the tone for the exceptional service we received.

Asit, the soft drink maestro, deserves commendation for his impeccable timing and utmost politeness while serving refreshments to the guests. It's the small gestures that make a big difference, and Asit nailed it!

I can't forget to mention Manoj, our dedicated captain for the evening. His promptness in taking orders and his attentiveness to our requests truly elevated the dining experience. Kudos to Manoj for ensuring our needs were met with a smile.

A big thank you to the manager of the Electronic City branch for fostering such an outstanding team. From start to finish, he was there to assist, ensuring we were well-informed about the day's offers and helping us seamlessly navigate through the entire dining experience. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident till the final bill payment.

Now, let's talk about the food—the real star of the show. The quality of the dishes served at Absolute Barbeque is nothing short of excellent. Each bite was a burst of flavors, and I can confidently give it a solid 10/10. The staff's dedication and impeccable service also earn a well-deserved 10/10. Lastly, the ambiance provided the perfect backdrop to our delightful meal, earning another 10/10.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a top-notch dining experience with exceptional service and delectable food, Absolute Barbeque in Electronic City is the place to be. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our evening so...

I had the unfortunate displeasure of dining at Absolute Barbecue, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a dreadful experience. The ambiance was lackluster, resembling a cheap cafeteria rather than a respectable restaurant. Sadly, the disappointment didn't end there.

Let's talk about the food, or rather, the lack thereof. The so-called "barbecue" they served was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. The meats were overcooked, dry, and flavorless. I couldn't discern any hint of seasoning or effort put into the preparation. It was as if they had taken the worst cuts of meat they could find and just slapped them onto the grill without any care or consideration.

Their much-hyped buffet was a sad display of poorly prepared dishes that looked like they had been sitting out for hours. The vegetables were limp and wilted, the salads were swimming in dressing, and the entrees were a mishmash of unidentifiable, unappetizing slop. I found myself wondering if the kitchen staff had any culinary training at all.

Oh, and don't even get me started on the service! It was an absolute disaster. The servers were inattentive, disinterested, and downright rude. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the diners. Getting their attention was a Herculean task, and when they finally graced us with their presence, it was as if they were doing us a favor.

To add insult to injury, the prices at Absolute Barbecue were outrageously high for the appalling quality of food and service they offered. I've had better meals at fast-food joints for a fraction of the cost.

In conclusion, I wouldn't wish this dining experience on my worst enemy. Absolute Barbecue is a clear example of how not to run a restaurant. If you value your taste buds and your hard-earned money, steer clear of this establishment. There are plenty of other restaurants in town that offer delicious food and exceptional service – don't waste your time or money on this culinary...

**Absolute Barbecue: Where Buffets Are Limitless and Takeaways Are Legendary** Ah, Absolute Barbecue – the spot that’s about as famous for unlimited buffets as Santa is for delivering toys! But folks, let’s talk about their “takeaway” – the plot twist I didn’t see coming. Picture this: you walk in expecting the grand indoor feast, but now there's a hidden gem—an epic takeaway menu that’s going to make your food-lover heart race. I stumbled upon their take-out options recently, and it’s a steal! Imagine: a chicken-loaded package of grilled, marinated, spicy goodness at either 499 or 599, and you feel like you’re robbing them (legally, of course). No exaggeration, these platters are like a mini buffet in a box! The variety? Oh, it's there! From tender, spicy chicken to juicy kebabs that almost had me calling the chef to personally thank him. And here’s the kicker: each bite tastes like it was marinated by a chef with a PhD in seasoning. Whether you're the "mild spice" type or the "bring on the heat" daredevil, these boxes cater to all. It’s like they’ve captured the essence of their lavish buffet and packed it into take-home treasure chests. But let’s get back to the atmosphere for a sec. You know that energy where everyone’s armed with skewers, ready to conquer the buffet? Yep, that’s here too – a thrilling “barbecue battlefield.” But the takeaway option has its own charm. No waiting, no battling over the last tikka on the skewer, just a quick grab-and-go of indulgent portions. Final word? Absolute Barbecue is more than the buffet hype; they’ve cracked the code for takeaways too! So, next time, treat yourself to a “parcel” of barbecue joy – your taste buds will thank you. Absolute Barbecue, you’ve got a fan for life.
