It is a must visit place. ●The ambience and the look of the place is really good. ●This place is a good place to dine My order and ratings for it are as below 1.Chicken Tikka- 5/5 2.Drums of heave as starters 5/5. 3.Bamboo biryani- 4/5 {because I didn't find something very different though it tasted very homely and good} Avocado shake -4.5/5 5.Oreo shake water-3/5. (tasted good but very watery). Bamboo Exotica is a big no from my side. It had alot of papaya and bitter bananas. It didn't satisfy the taste buds of all 3 of us who had been there. ●They have a good location and a waiting area for minimal people. ●Kitchen is open round the clock. ●They have utlilzed the space very nicely. ●They take orders on their tab which I personally didn't see in most places I have visited in Mangalore. ●They also change the basic plastic table sheet after every customer finishes. ●The wash area is also very clean. ● Restaurant is very clean as per what I have seen.

I had a very disappointing experience I waited 30–40 minutes for the order to be prepared. As per the Zomato app instructions, I politely asked the restaurant staff a few times if the food was ready, since the app tells us to check with the restaurant if there is ready or not. However, the staff got angry and said, “Why are you asking so many times?” even though I was just doing my job.

I never raised my voice or got angry. I stood outside most of the time and only came inside and sat down briefly near the end. To avoid any misunderstanding, I even said “sorry” in case they felt bad. But despite that, they refused to give me the order and I couldn’t complete the delivery.

Even after apologizing, they refused to give me the order. It seems they also reported me to Zomato, and my delivery account was put on hold for 30 minutes. During that time, I couldn't deliver any other orders and had to return home, which directly affected my work and income.

This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the restaurant staff treats delivery partners better in the future. We’re just trying to...

Despite the uniqueness of the name, I found the food quite bland and unappealing. For starters we had mutton kebab, but what was served was mere mutton chunks dunked in flavored corn flour n fried and lacked any innovation that u would expect from mutton kebab. Biryani for main course was brought in bamboo stalks, but that was the end of the novelty expected. The chicken biryani was over salted and the mutton biryani was under flavored. There was no hint of any spice in the food, it in fact looked as if we were eating plain rice with mutton curry. The only good thing was that the mutton was juicy and tender. Moving on to the ambience of the place and hospitality, it was a very conjusted place with too much lack of space and ventilation. The waiters were confused as to which table to serve and what. Although they were trying their best, they would do better with a lesson on hotel management.
