Worst Experience Ever – Will Never Return

I had the absolute worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant on May 31st 2023 with my family and in-laws. From start to finish, the entire visit was a disaster, and I will never set foot in this place again.

Unnecessary Waiting and False Commitments: We were made to wait for an unreasonably long time, with the staff giving us false commitments about when our table would be ready. There was no transparency, and it felt like they were just stalling us.

Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The staff was incredibly rude. From the moment we entered, we were treated as if we were a nuisance. Instead of welcoming us, the captain immediately began pushing us for food orders before we even had a chance to sit down and get comfortable. The staff was impatient, and the behavior was downright disrespectful.

Terrible Customer Service: It became clear that the staff didn’t know how to handle customers. We were repeatedly told to hurry up, and when we didn’t comply with their rushed demands, the captain even called the manager on us. The manager’s language was unprofessional, and he threatened that if we didn’t place our orders in the next five minutes, they wouldn’t accept them. The level of arrogance and hostility was shocking.

No Consideration for Customers: We arrived around 10 p.m., and while I understand that it was late, there was no communication upfront about the kitchen closing time. Instead of politely informing us that they were nearing closing time, they chose to rush us through the entire process. If they weren’t willing to accommodate guests at that hour, they should have turned us away at the door instead of misleading us.

One Polite Staff Member, But Still a Disaster: There was one staff member who was polite, but he refused to share his name when I asked. Similarly, the captain’s name was never disclosed. It was as if they were actively hiding the identity of the staff involved in this terrible service.

To top it all off, the overall atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The restaurant clearly has no regard for customer satisfaction, and the staff makes it clear that guests are there to serve their agenda, not the other way around. This was a very disappointing experience, and I strongly advise against bringing your family here.

A big NO for anyone seeking a pleasant...

This review is based over two evenings. If in Belgaum, this place is a must visit for a decent meal. The ambience is great, the staff are polite and knowledgeable on the subject (at least the one who attended to us was). Apparently, there are 3 sitting areas. The first evening we visited, the main dining was practically empty. Ordered for two Thai dishes. Order was out in less than 15 minutes. Attribute that to the less covers. Asked for something that was mildly spicy and that's what we got. Taste was great. The second everning we decided to get burgers for take away. I decided to wait in the car. 45 minutes and no sign. When I went in the place was jam packed, all 3 areas. Just then our order of 2 burgers came through. I asked the waiter about the reason for the delay and his reply was that, practically everyone decided to order something from the conti menu (a very lame excuse for the delayed order) since they have conti, Indian and Chinese on the menu. If the place is full ask the time for the food to arrive. Also we had ordered for Copper and Pepper special burger's and it turned our to be a veg burger. Our mistake for not asking and if the place is full you may not get the full attention of the waiters. My opinion is that the place is under manned for full capacity. staff behaviour is not good... or i must say... just particularly one person over there .. extremely rude.... . food is average. drinks are at genuine rates i feel ... manchurian lacked the taste.... butter garlic mushrooms lacked the desired amount of salt n flavours... manchow soup was good... a bit but more sour ....much vinegar was added to it .... chicken dishes were also average. In maincourse, the dish we ordered was not fresh.... had lil smell to it ... garlic butter naan were fine.... fries too were ok... . seating is decent... music i dont know why is at such a low sound that you have to move your ears near the speakers to listen to the song being played... though the song selection is just 👍🏻WOW👍🏻.... all songs were awesome.🎉🎉🎉.but whats the use when you can even hear it.... ..just dont have high expectations with the place.... very average.. very basic ... and mind it... they may point you out if you are laughing and talking out in your regular pitch... 🥴🥴 be quiet over there.... i guess its better for dates and all but not...
