Very Disappointed with Service and Misleading Staff

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. I specifically ordered Jain baby corn and also a normal baby corn starter. When the starters were served, I asked the waiter, Shivappa, to confirm which one was the Jain dish. He assured me that the one I was served was the Jain version. Trusting his word, I ate it — only to later find garlic in the food.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Serving non-Jain food under the label of Jain is not just poor service — it’s a serious violation of dietary and religious principles. Either the staff is careless or they simply don’t care about guests’ dietary restrictions. In both cases, this is a severe failure on the part of the restaurant.

I expected at least a basic level of awareness and honesty from the staff. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste and I will not be returning. Be very cautious if you have any specific food preferences or restrictions — you cannot trust what...

Ambience - 7/10

Service - 9/10. The staff is really good and have knowledge on serving a customer in a polite way and describing the various dishes.

Food - Starters (9/10)---- They have a huge list for starters right from tandoor to continental starters. This place offers good variety of starters also the quality and taste for the starters is really worth trying. Main Course(8/10)---- Again many options to choose from as they offer Indian, Chinese, Italian etc. I tried Veg Ghee Roast for the curry and it was good and not that great either. Rice/Noodles(9/10)---- Tried Singapore Fried Rice. Must say it was really good with some good amount of bell peppers and cashews. Not sure about Noodles. Give it a try I don't think they would disappoint you 😉.

Pricing - 9/10. Pricing is moderate. Not go expensive nor cheap but reasonable for a good restaurant. Almost as same as other good restaurants...

Good food taste but a bit overpricy. Four people lunch at this restaurant without starters and any ice cream at the end cost us Rs.700. But situated at a very good place on the road and easily visible from the road. Well decorated and gives a very nice view of the road in front through the large glass wall present. Staff is good but over caring too like they used to come every 5 minutes to ask us what we want rather than we calling them for help. I found some damaged walls too. Prices should be reasonable. A Masala Papad costs Rs.40 which is much costlier where it costs 20-25 in other places. Parking is problem over here.
