Worst experience in dolphin @ Jayalakshmipuram on the date 27/09/2021 the manager who was really rude to us he just about clash on me. And wen we visited to book the birthday hall he was not on his words as he told first he will be provide us the hall for 1:30 hour then wen I asked him to book he told just they will allow 1 hour and the next thing I asked about the booking advance one of the colleague over there he told we can pay how much we can for advance but at the time of booking the manager told need half payment. And the day on 27/09/2021 he just saw me and asked my brother not to go in with out checked the gift box. How can he check the gift box. And our booking time was at 1:00 pm till 2:00 pm we visited at around 1:45 pm and he told ur time was at 1:00 now ur booking is cancelled, even we had 15 more minutes of our booking. Even we vist other branch of dolphin but till now we have not faced this issue with other manager's in other branch and even the other staff's. Please look in to this issue with that manager now we have faced issue but no other customer should face this issue again. The manager name is "Zuvin" he's behaviour was like it was his own property. We just got insulted in front of other customer wen he checked the gift.. please just resolve this issue or replace some other...

We are regular customer of Dolphin from many years. But recently had a bad experience at Jayalakshmipuram branch opp to MTR. We bought Raffaello cake for my nephew birthday celebration. But we found that the cake was bitter and was spoilt. When we took it back the manager was not ready to accept it and was not ready to refund complete money. We got only half of the amount as refund. We understand that sometimes this mistake happens might be because of power issue or something else but they were not ready to accept and correct it rather than arguing it. Support home bakers rather than these big bakery chain because losing one customer doesn't matter...

The new manager is very very rude behaviour ,08.07.2025 we celebrated birthday at 7:30 p.m. onwards , all are officials Gopala Gowda hospital Mr sushrut Gowda also participated ... That manager is told simply open the door customer is coming no need to come you people, I am the customer of that store minimum 6 to 7 years ..... Yesterday birthday party up to 12 member .... That manager told you people already spent their 1 hour ago when you go out ..... This kind of question first time see in retail store.... Few days back almost all good managers ....
