I had been to this branch to order pastry for my parents 25th Wedding anniversary, as it was 25 years I wanted silver customisation and showed them a picture which I got from Google. A lady customer spoke politely with me and said we will ask chef and let you know. But the manager was so rude with me and scolded me in front of everyone saying we cant customise this, it's not easy to make, no one will customise this, why you people come here to order seeing designs from Google, he scolded like this😡 After that I walked out of this branch and i ordered outside, that lady customised as per my request and 95% similar to the picture which I showed! Heartfelt thanks to her!

PS: I stopped shopping from dolphins.

Dolphins at Bannimantapa Mysore.I went on 9th December 2018 1st time. I am a middle class family 100% rural boy. But, I went that iz a 1st time in my life. Not for enjoy, spend time, not just visit. That was unexpected day for me. Because, my daughter vof mother in law was invinting to break my feelings there. But, she didn't know about my feelings. She just talk like high school girl and gone after 25 minute and she said I want settle man with my life. But, she never know I am not a settle boy. Because, iam always express thinker.that was a memorable day in my life...

Even after 3 horrible incidents, still i went here to order a birthday cake for my baby. I ordered red velvet pastry of 2 kilos and asked if it can be customisable. He said yes. So i requested them to avoid food colour. I told him like a hundred times "NO FOOD COLOUR, NO FOOD COLOUR". I requested him to write it down. He didn't write it down. Yesterday when we finally cut the cake, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, IT WAS RED. We used to love this place. But it is not what it used to be 7 years ago. So disappointed. Better look for other places for QUALITY PRODUCTS. THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD...
