KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

Something like any other normal KFC, ambiance is not that good compared to Bangalore, need to work more on cleanliness, food are as usual as any other out let, u can make difference only if u have ate in lot other KFC branches, this is newly opened for city, so most of the time in the evening it's crowded, and also it's a small space, and tabels are also less, staff need to be more pleasing and services minded, I saw few argument going on with customers n the billing guy in the counter, because most of the time there are people who visit for the first time, and will not be having knowledge of the menu and combos, they look into the sign board and get confused. So I feel biller should be more precise and pleasing in explaining things to customer, And finally toilets are not usable, water was not running in wash basin, we had to wait for 20mins, as water was stoped while washing hands, it made us to wait for long time keeping soap filled hands. No complaints about the food or service. There's a boy who lingers in the establishment who pretends to be hungry and gets you to buy food from there and doesn't even eat it at the end. We had a bad experience as he sat next to us for a long time and just complained that he had a headache. He asked us for money and we decided to buy him food instead of just giving the money. When asked, he said veg was fine and we bought him a veg zinger burger. When the order was ready and he went to pick it up, he demanded for chicken and we went up to ask what happened. The staff informed us that he does that every day and wastes the food. It seemed like the staff were aware about this but yet did nothing to make him leave or intimate us about this.
