Pizza Hut | Kuvempu Nagar, Mysore — Restaurant in Karnataka

Ordered their Schezwan Margherita pizza with a cheese max base from Swiggy yesterday night. Got a normal pizza with red sauce and loaded with sweet corn. Cross checked, none of their offerings matched the one I had on my plate.

But then, they had also sent me a complimentary pizza - veg kebab and onion (apparently). To my dismay, when I opened the box, I found a plain pizza with loads of cheese on it and nothing else. No veg kebabs, no onions.

Wanted to claim full refund from Swiggy but let it slide because of the complimentary pizza.

I’m quite surprised why this outlet hasn’t been out of business yet. I wholeheartedly wish for them to run out of business and close down at the earliest.

Awful pizzas, no toppings, a menu that doesn’t make sense and food that is one step short of being lethal.

On 25 May 2024 I went to pizza hut with my family and it was 2150 hrs Chetan who introduced himself as Manager took oeder for one family and i was next in queue and when i started giving my order he said he cant take order for dine in when i asked him why he said very rudly that he will not take orders and i hace recorded the same and instead of arguing with them i just left pizza hut and I went to Dominos and enjoyed my pizza. My personal view is please dont go to pizza hut especially when they have very rude employees like Chetan insted enjoy pizza at Dominos and i have a recorded video and i have lodged a complaint and in my life i will never ever go to pizza hut and i request every one not to go to pizza hut kyvempunagar, Adhichunchingiri road pizza hut because they employ chetan...

Services are not proper, my friend took unlimited pizza pack in that no one should share with each other like that they said, even we were not sharing but still they used to watch us each and every second if we are sharing or not, which is not required. And also I ordered mango smoothie it was 109rs in menu but they took 125rs which I found bit expensive, it's not only about money I asked straw for smoothie they said there are no straw you should have directly from the glass, the way they communicated with me I was not satisfied with their behaviour. And the employee of this place used to go and ask each and every one to give 5 star rating to their place even if we are not willing to give 4-5stars. They only used to ask customers phone and they used to give more rating...
