Rolligion Kuvempunagar — Restaurant in Karnataka

I’m rating it 1 star because it’s the lowest what I can rate. Rolligion Kuvempunagar gave me the worst experience by making me wait for flat 26 minutes to give me the 1st item among the 3 which I ordered.. other 2 items came even later. The staff there are too arrogant and give back answers to the customers (which any entrepreneur shouldn’t do). Since they don’t have proper seating for not more than 5-6, how should a family wait infront of this restaurant for such a long time?? The only answer why they make it late is “sir Zomato, Swiggy, online order ittu.. wait madi wait madi”.. if you have handful orders on swiggy and Zomato, then please close the dine-in and keep the cloud kitchen only.. otherwise please inform your customers that you’re not capable of serving quickly even before they place an order. . . Dear owner, please educate your staff to behave properly, else you might lose great business.

PS: note that it’s not a fine dine restaurant to wait for 20+ mins, it’s just a fast food and don’t expect people to wait unlike they wait for Biriyani which is served...

I visiated this place with my close friend today evening. As I uploaded we had veg roll. But along with veg roll they provided mayonnaise which is prepared by 🥚 egg as ingradient. Egg which is considered as non veg by majority of Indians till today. Better they ask before they provide Mayonnaise with each roll. I did not see any Covid 19 guidelines are followed by shop. It is customary to provide water. Though shop have Reverse osmosis water purifier they are not providing RO water to its customers. I suggest to provide water with one time usage of glasses. I hope management.will look after...

Super food. Great service, the paneer tikka wrap was very long, as long as an over-expensive McDonald's Paneer wrap, it was very creamy and cheesy, for a second, I forgot my table manners, only thing is the place is a bit small, thus, you have to sacrifice a full table and chair experience, but yeah, they do provide you with a table and a chair, the Google images were taken in such a way, it felt like a huge place, but it's alright, you can't blame the customers, right?
