Read moreOk so this is going to be harsh. It is famous. It was recommended by a lot of folks but lets be real, a lot of these places..run on hype and not the taste.
The place is clean, and the entire kitchen is visible to public. Feel free to judge if they meet your level of hygiene or not.
The place is perpetually crowded. They dont offer chairs(wise choice as otherwise people would just squat forever) and it would be even more cluttered.
They only have a few items in their menu, and Gobi manchurian is the one you probably would go there for. It tastes nice, but it also tastes forgettable. It is not spicy or savoury. It is more on the sweeter side with a savory kick to it. This does not appease to my palette as i expect it to be on a more savoury-spicy side. The sauce on it feels watered down as they cook it soo fast taht it does not give enough time for the sauce to meld together. It is undeniably good, but not necessarily something you ll crave unless you have some nostalgia associated with it. Sort of like 6-7/10 types.
The noodles were straight up bad, for noodles you are required to cook them on very high heat for a few minutes however with their model, and how quickly they switch pans, the pan never gets a chance to get hot enough..and end result is a soggy noodle dish lacking the iconic wok-hay depth of flavor. This would be more of a...

I'm blown away by the exceptional quality and taste of Amrit Gobi's offerings! The moment I took a bite of their signature dry gobi, I knew I was in for a treat. The perfect crunch, the explosion of yummy masala flavors, and the sheer satisfaction of devouring each piece – it was love at first bite!
What truly impressed me was the professionalism and scale of their business. The crowd and demand for their gobi speak volumes about the quality and taste they consistently deliver. It's clear that Amrit Gobi has mastered the art of serving delicious, crowd-pleasing food.
I had the pleasure of trying their dry gobi and gobi manchurian, and I must say, both were outstanding. The dry gobi was even better than Usman Dry Gobi's, with a perfect blend of spices in their powder masala. The gobi manchurian was on par with some of the best in town, showcasing the kitchen's expertise.
The ambiance was also noteworthy, with ample parking and plenty of space to wait for your gobi. It's evident that Amrit Gobi prioritizes customer comfort and convenience.
In conclusion, Amrit Gobi is a must-visit destination for gobi lovers. Their commitment to quality, taste, and customer satisfaction is unparalleled. I'll definitely be back for...
