I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Baklava Co. (TBC & Co.) in Mangalore, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the kunafa, which I can confidently say was the best I have ever had. The kunafa was not only incredibly delicious, but it was also made right in front of me, ensuring its freshness and authenticity.

The classic kunafa was a true delight, with its perfectly crispy and golden outer layer, complemented by a sweet and creamy filling. However, the Nutella+kinder joy kunafa took it to another level. The combination of the rich Nutella and the surprise element of the kinder joy made for a heavenly treat.

Apart from the kunafa, TBC & Co. offers a great selection of baklava. Each piece was expertly crafted and bursting with flavors. From the traditional pistachio baklava to the innovative variations, every bite was a true pleasure.

The ambiance of the place was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable considering the quality and taste of the desserts.

The cheese kunafa here is a must try(10/10) Pistachio milk cake tres leches(9/10) and rose milk cake tres leches(9/10) are absolute bliss for desert lovers and sweet tooth enthusiasts. Baklava here was actually average (4/10)though it's made in the authentic was improvements can be made to bring out the best of Baklava experience and the taste offered in their Bangalore outlet still deserves a 5 star rating for authentic Middle Eastern desert experience.
