Honestly very disappointed with my order. I ordered a cake for my grandad that looked beige and when I received it before the event, the cake was florescent pink. The cake tastes pretty decent. I had ordered two other cakes on the same day and the other two were done okay. So there is a 33% probability that the cake will not be as perceived. The staff even fail to recognize the mistake until the owner was involved and they lack basic hospitality skills for their job. There are much more reliable options in mysore such as dolphin and aroma who are around the same price point. Toot c is also probably the only cake shop in the world that doesn't even sell candles. Since my childhood, I had the privilege of tasting the pastries if Toot-C. This is one of the best places in the locality, for Cakes & Pastries. It is an awesome place for birthday & special occasion orders. Their pineapple && litchi pastry options are exceptional. Don't miss out the special chocolate mud crumbles. Good food and good service. Worst experience: Ordered chocolate temptation cake. At shop it was told that it was a pastry cake before ordering. Once the cake is delivered and cut at home, surprisingly it was not pastry cake. Creek was literally thick and choking the thought. Many of the guests coughing due to this. Not at all happy with quality and service. It ruined my son's birthday. More over I was changed Rs: 800/- for the cake. I should've ordered the cake at Near by bakery it would have been better instead of going with the brand...
