It seems like they mainly running on dosa batter. Everything else on the menu is just name sake. it disappointed us consistently. They run out of items too quickly. limited stock of items!!! In the peak morning they are unable to serve basic idli Vade. No pooris, no dahi vade etc etc. All of this are part of their menu! basically you can't expect you will get what you wanted from their menu.i am talking at 10 am in the morning. Imagine no idlis in a South Indian restaurant and it's not even odd hrs!! The guy who took order was careless and simply says everything not available. later when we saw they prepared another batch of vada, he simply said it was just made. Basically you will be stuck with dosa mostly. Guys who take orders (2 persons at 2 occasions) don't even repeat order and simply go away. When you have big orders you would want to ensure. When the server did not bring our item, he had to go and place the order for missed item. Very unprofessional. The persons serving food to the table are the saving grace.they are polite and try their best. Being a avid food enthusiast, i just hope they improve and maintain professional standards for which I used to visit them every...

The hospitality and the customer service was pathetic. You cannot expect basic respect from the lady waiters over there.

So, This what happened. My friend and I went to this restaurant for breakfast and we ordered (1 plate Idly without vada and 1 veg paulo), we ordered without vada because vada was 30 rupees and we didn't think it was worth it. So, we had a lady waiter and she asked in a rude tone "what do you want" and we said our order and she asked us if we don't want a vada and we said NO.

But when she bought the food, there was vada on it and she was in a hurry...she kept the food on the table and went away immediately. Without touching the plate, I called her and said "We said no vada".... And she started arguing with us that we didn't say anything about it.

Then, she took the vada outta our plate and went away. But, she complained about us in front of us to her colleagues. Isn't that Absurd???

Is this how a hospitality place works???? She was being so rude.

The food was good, that's why I've given 2 stars.

I would definitely not go back there or recommend anyone...

It was Okayish until one day I had the shock of my life. I had guests from out of town with a baby. I took them here. Ordered a Kara Bath and guess what I got a fully melted Pen Cap in the kara bath. I was petrified. A plastic melted kara bath and that too was fed to a baby. The response was totally appalling. We were furious. No manager came to the table. The cashier (I suppose he is kind of a influential person) was only collecting and filling the till. The lukewarm reply was oh someones pen would have fallen down. Come on!! This warrants an entire kitchen shutdown and audit in other parts of the world. Shouldnt they atleast stop serving Kara bath. It is plastic poisoned. When I said would you eat or feed your baby with plastic, no responses. All were standing like pillars. Only we got support from other customers who were ready to complain to MCC. I was so embarrassed and frustrated. Totally irresponsible and reckless. Never went here or any of the other Nalpaks from then...
