Let me give you a very honest review, which will help you guys to decide if you really want to plan you next visit to what the ....? If you try booking it through Dineout as you have a Dineout subscription, they will show your booking as waitlist. The reason, they have to give complementary drink for confirmed Dineout bookings so they will keep you in waitlist. The funniest part is that though you are on their waitlist, don't be surprised to be their only customer when you reach the outlet. Really funny.. isn't it? When you start a game with a fraud, you end with a fraud. When you plan to pay the bill using your Dineout app, they will tell you that either you can use Dineout discount or their instore discount of happy hours. Come on guys, the people ae not so drunk to be fooled so easily. What the ... ? Dineout should revisit while adding this outlet. And trust me, if they show a big surprise after reading my review comments, I already told them everything and they were quite happy with the way they operate so don't fall with their surprise What the ...? attitude 😀😀
I have to edit my review because you called my review as baseless and unfound reasons. 1. Btw, you started with showing my dineout reservation you had in your app still you didn't offer any complimentary drinks so your replies does not match what you actually did. 2. It is nowhere mentioned on dineout that if we pay using dineout, the restaurant promotions will not be applied. Please check it yourself. You should be honest enough to accept your mistakes. If my intention was just to provide a bad review then I could have mentioned about food, taste of beer and everything else so do not call it unfound reasons. If you are in hospitality business then be there with right intentions and for right reasons. I already communicated it while leaving your restaurant but it seems your staff was not bothered or they knew that they can write a reply denying everything as unfound reasons. I never write any unfair reviews. If you put even half the effort in correcting your faults then you will not need to put so much effort in covering it up.
Update: I visited yesterday and the experience and food was really good. Everything was as expected or even better. I must appreciate the taste of food as well the ambience. I updated my review and rating for the outlet and changed it from 1 to 4....

Read moreWhat the Ale is not just another micro brewery in town, instead they have a twist to everything. They love their beer and are really passionate about it. That's why they make the blend of each beer in their own way. They give the beers a desi tadka by adding spices like cinnamon and cardamom. They have a wide range of their signature beers, so there is something for every taste bud!. One of the best served beers were Heffeweizen and Dunkenweizen. There were a range of cocktails and mocktails they offered like Penne River, 7 Th State, Burren Fame. But the one which took me back to my childhood was The Mango Daisy which had an amazing mango flavour, and was refreshing to the soul. Another highlight of the night was the ambience. The place had an amazing interior which was planned in order to maximize the seating without compromising with the amazing decor. They had balcony as well as rooftop seating which will totally help you get the perfect spot for yourself. Moving to starters, we had some lip smacking chicken tart shells having butter chicken in the shells. The crispy and creamy combo was simply amazing. The Garlic fried chicken and Amritsari tawa fish is definitely something to go for. Tandoori momos is something new they introduced in their menu which is extremely popular in North India. Going on to the veg starters they served cocktail samosas and veg spring rolls which were delicious. For the highlight they served their speciality Mutton rogan Josh which was so juicy that it just melted in the mouth. For veg the paneer butter masala with garlic naan was sumptuous. The garlic naan really complimented the creamy texture of the paneer and were great together. A meal is not complete without a dessert, and the Rasmalai just proved it right. Had an amazing time at What the Ale and looking forward to visit them again really soon. They'll be launching a new menu soon with even wider variety to choose from..... can't...
