I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced at Zamzam Hotel mysore.A hotel staff member (referred to as the "hotel man") refused to sit at the family table when expected to, which came across as disrespectful and dismissive. This behavior was not in line with the hospitality we expected, especially in a setting that should prioritize respect and inclusivity for family members, We felt unwelcome and disrespected. No guest should be made to feel this way, especially over a simple request for appropriate seating. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and ensures better staff training in hospitality and customer service. The quality of their dishes, whether it's the flavorful biryani, spicy chili, tender kebabs, or the savory Manchurian, is consistently excellent. The restaurant maintains a high standard of hygiene, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered.However, we believe there’s room to elevate the menu even further. Adding dishes like alfaham, Irani tikka, Afghani tikka, and a well-prepared mandi would truly set Zam Zam apart.
