Absolutely pathetic experience with Zuber Biryani. What the hell has happened to your quality? I ordered mutton biryani online via Zomato and what I got was nothing short of disgusting — one tiny, burnt, rubbery piece of mutton that looked like it was scraped from someone else’s leftovers. The rice was dry, tasteless, and clearly stale. It was like eating food straight out of a dustbin.

To make things worse, Zomato customer support was equally useless — no help, no refund, just scripted replies. Clearly, neither the restaurant nor the platform gives a damn about customer satisfaction.

And this is not a one-off. A few days back, I went to dine in at the same place, and again, same nonsense — hardly any mutton, bland taste, below average food. It’s clear this place has gone completely downhill ever since they started expanding. No quality, no consistency, no basic hygiene it seems.

Let me say this loud and clear: Nobody should ever go or even think of ordering anything from this hotel. They’re serving worst-quality, possibly rotten food and packing it off to customers like we’re fools. It’s not food — it’s a scam.

I’m done with this place, and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away too unless you want to be cheated...

Very tiny... Cozy place for dinning.. but food test yumm here... Quality and quantity wise one should get a good deal.. situated in a very crowded area and approach is also not that much happening . But one can ignore all these to hoggg some good biryani and chops .. online ordering is also a good option to test this outlet.... Must try is mutton biryani.. mutton chops and Chicken tangadi... They serve in half servings as well . Very filling feelings ng if ur have ng even half the servings..parking is not at all available if you are thinking to visit in day time.. but u will get ample of parking after 8/9pm.. so good option is to visit this place for dinner, with less crowd as well.. they serve good desert...
