They made us WAIT FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR just to serve our food (that too only 3 dishes were ordered) !!! Visited this place for lunch after a high recommendation from our relative and we were beyond disappointed! It was just me & my mother. We sat down and placed our order (just 3 Items) at 2:05-10. We witnessed the tables around us get their food delivered even though they came 15-20 mins after we placed our order. Then another group of ladies sat next to us and the waiter who had a straight face, went there all gleefully chatting. Later I had to raise my hand, call our waiter, instruct another waiter to ask our waiter why the food was taking so long, etc. Even the ladies that sat beside us after 30 mins from our arrival received their food but ours didn't arrive. Finally at 3:00, after 55 mins of me being angry and raising my voice they brought in our order! If it was just delayed by 5 mins I would've got up & walked out
Service was terrible! Only one of the waiter was nice, the other 2 I interacted with weren't! They need to hire people who know to interact and treat customers nicely. He didn't even want to show his face and instead sent someone else afterwards. No one even apologised for making us wait an HOUR!
The management can look up the cameras to see how their service was provided as we literally sat directly below a camera in the corner seat!
Food was good. The Garlic rice & Paneer dish were delicious. The hakka noodles felt like it was made in a hurry, was ok. Atmosphere & ambience isn't that great. We sat on the 2nd floor and it was ok-ok.

We headed into what is a cozy first floor dimly lit subtly furnished resto and had the pleasure of a quick and customized service. Lovely ambiance and inputs from the staff made the food all the more delectable. Our longing for authentic grill was appeased (tandoori mushrooms and array of non vegetarian dishes score a hell 9/10) after what seemed like half a year. Absolutely recommend this place for its cozy ambiance, taste, hygiene and price!
A leaf from our diary, a lavish spread for 10 guests at price less than 4k makes one going back for more!

The food is awesome.. no complaints about any dishes.. service is fast compared to others restaurants but yes little time is taken.. my most favourite dish was butter chicken garlic it has zero spiciness but tasty next I would prefer sizzlin pepper chicken it's sweet spicy.. chicken Chinatown was good too.. mutton biryani was awesome very light flavours usually I feel heavy to eat mutton biryani after having all the starters but it was light.. and finally my favourite part desert they don't have much options with desert which is very common in all restaurants of Belgaum but casata was nice obviously who doesn't like icecream.. I will visit this place again for sure.. must go if u want...
