Domino's Pizza | Karol Bagh, New Delhi — Restaurant in Karol Bagh

After a long search this particular outlet we happen to reach there. And we ordered the paneer onion and golden corn pizza. Now though every Domino's seems same there is always something difference in the taste.

The pizza we ate at this place was quite tasty. It was a fresh pan pizza and had really juicy crust. Unlike the pizza at Domino's, I happen to eat at TGIP Noida the pizza had ample amount of cheese on it and it was so soft and supple. I fell in love with it, in pizzas my first love is still Pizza Hut but with the change in the crust, Domino's is giving tough competition now. I loved my visit at this particular Domino's since it was long due and I am happy to have come to this restaurant. The staff was decent and courteous.

Only the problem was washroom which smelled horrible and was dirty. It was horrendous to visit the washroom lest the pizza helped me forget the bad smell of the washroom. This was the only concern.

There is ample sitting space and unlike the Domino's opened under the Metro Station, here you can enjoy dine in. I would definitely prefer this Domino's over the take away present at the...

Parking is on street, on New Rohtak Road. Place is on first floor, there is no lift. We visited at 9PM on Sunday 18-July-22. Place is dirty, the ledge next to staircase had thick dust, there were less number of chairs than tables, some chairs were torn, tables had dirty look. Floor tiles were broken. Lighting was adequate but not consistent with interior colors. Western pub like music was at high volume. Staff dress was dirty. I saw one of the staff pick up tissue paper from the floor, throw in dust bin and with same gloves hands go straight to packaging pizzas in the pizza boxes. Toilet needed cleanup. Since Dominos pizza has standard taste, and the review is of the place, food quality has not been considered in this review. Place review does not call for even one star. Not...

I recently ordered a pizza from Domino’s Karol Bagh outlet, and my experience was quite disappointing. Despite paying for the delivery, I received a call from the outlet asking me to come to the main road, which is 1 km away from my home, to collect my order.

This completely defeats the purpose of home delivery! If I wanted to go out, I would have visited the outlet directly. It’s inconvenient and frustrating, especially when you’re paying extra for the delivery service. Domino’s should reconsider their delivery policies or ensure that their delivery staff is better trained to understand the meaning of "home delivery."
