Very dissatisfied and disappointed..very angry on restaurant. I ordered Swiggy non veg meals.name only non veg but didn't receive any non veg pieces only gravies received,they promised to give only 4 tukku masala non veg gravies without pieces and I ll get chicken curry mutton curry fish curry they told me like that but i received 4 tukku non veg gravies without pieces and chicken curry mutton curry without any single piece...In whole non veg meals order only fish curry is non veg item rest all gravies and veg items only..i explained point wise below 👇 1)I received 4 non veg tukku masala without pieces(already restuarant informed me before only that only gray given no pieces i agreed) 2)next restaurant told chicken curry mutton curry fish curry cabbage curry rice dal sambar curd rasam they provide but what happened is they provided everything except chicken curry and mutton curry..here I got disappointed. 3)Cost is 220 for non veg meals in Swiggy excluding delivery charges,gst etc. 4)I ordered non veg meals but I received only fish curry only that is non veg item. 5)i already agreed with what restaurant told me about tukku masala gravy without any non veg pieces so I totally agree and now I am not talking about these 4 tukku non veg gravies ok pls note. 6) I am only talking about I didn't receive chicken curry mutton curry ok only gravies received no pieces and one mango piece received in one of the gravy.

If anyone order Swiggy you ll receive *4 tukku non veg gravies without any non veg pieces *Chicken gravy and mutton gravy without any single chicken or mutton piece Fish curry with fish pieces *Rasam,veg curry,dal,curd,rice etc.

So finally what I am telling is I got only one fish curry with fish pieces.Only one non veg in the order and rest items are non veg gravies without pieces(forget about 4 tukku masala non veg gravies but atleast no single small size piece of chicken or mutton in curry) I am totally unhappy and I don't know what they give if I come to resturant and directly eat but i am only talking about Swiggy order pls note i don't know anything about if you directly...

Authentic Chettinad cusine in karur. A great dining experience. Excellent service . If you want to taste authentic Chettinad cuisine in Karur then this is a place for you. Serving only lunch from 12 to 4 pm, Trichy Sethuram Mess situated on the Coimbatore road near Krishna department stores Karur serves mouth-watering meals.

The cost of their non-veg meals is 150 INR which includes 1 non-veg sambol, 5 non-veg thokku, and 2 non-veg kulambu. Other non-veg dishes like chicken varieties, mutton varieties, or fish varieties can be bought at an extra cost. The non-veg sambol is served first along with rice and two veg sides. Each thokku is served one after the other starting from the country chicken thokku then mutton thokku, chicken thokku, kadai thokku, prawn thokku then there is Mutton kulambu and fish kulambu which is rasam consistency.

The taste of the thokku was Chettinad style with less spicy ness a hard punch of tanginess and a pinch of sweetnesses.

The mutton sukka and pepper chicken also did not have much spiciness I found the mutton pieces a little hard than usual.

Altogether...

It is a newly opened restaurant in Karur city. Only the Meals (veg-nonVeg) are available with a long list of sides. The uniqueness of this restaurant is its thokku(masala). Country chicken, chicken, mutton, era(prawn) and Karuvadu(dry fish) thokku are served with non-veg meals. Each thokku has its own taste and its aroma is fabulous. All the curry are flavours good with the rice.

Check the menu for sides. They have a long list of non-veg sides. Mutton sukka and prawn is a must-try. Polite staff, responsive service. The smile on every staff face welcomes you. The food taste is top-notch for the price.

Parking is a bit problem in peak hours. A must try non-veg...
