Rates are exorbitant compared to the comfort of the place, taste, quality and quantity of food. They are looting the travelers who come there to have decent food. Had to stop at this place on the way to Thekkady as my son was very hungry. Ordered peeli daal, rice and and aloo zeera as these are favourite dishes of my little son. Service was prompt. Within five minutes they served the dishes. Didn't expect such authentic North Indian taste at the middle of Kerala. Food was pretty tasty and quantity was decent. We went there for early dinner. The service was poorest I have experienced in my life and food was the worst I have eaten. They were not interested in taking the order or serving the food. While we were there one party just left and the other ordered and waited for some time and then left. So we were the only customers there.
