This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here did not just behave rudely — they actually came to fight with a customer! Such aggressive and unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable in any service industry. Instead of resolving issues calmly and respectfully, the staff chose confrontation, which created an unsafe and unpleasant environment for everyone present.

Restaurants are supposed to provide hospitality and comfort, but this place failed miserably. Last night we went directly to Arabian grill for a parcel and ordered Schezwan chicken noodles, but we got Schezwan chicken curry instead.. we realised this after reaching home and opened parcel to have food, we immediately called up the restaurant and to our great shock the employee or whosever attended the call spoke rudely and was not ready to listen to anything we were telling and instead yelling on us that we gave an incorrect order.. we tried convincing that we have given the order correctly but he was not ready to listen and told his employee never go wrong. he was like what can we do if 10 customers call and tell lies, we cannot replace everything. and he was trying desperately to make us the culprits, donno why! I recently visited Arabian Grill in Thrissur and was thoroughly disappointed with the food quality and service. The uncooked rumali roti, which was priced at ₹30, was a major letdown. To make matters worse, the staff added it to the bill without even asking if I wanted it.

The dry and grill shawaya was unimpressive, and the plate shawarma was both dry and scarce, yet priced at ₹250. But what really left a sour taste was the extremely rude behavior of the supplier.

Considering the subpar food and poor service, I would caution others to think twice before dining here.
