I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel on January 22, 2025. I ordered a simple meal, but when the bill arrived, it included GST charges. I asked whether the GST could be reimbursed, as our company is eligible for GST refunds, simply to understand if they are properly filing taxes. Unfortunately, the person handling the situation, who seemed to be a manager, responded in an unprofessional and aggressive manner, telling me to just pay the bill and leave. Not recommended for other the biriyani was total waste ,220 per nos and 100 percentage waste of money , they said that it is Thalassery biriyani ,my god it's is horrible, real Thalassery biriyani was too good compare this biriyani too too bad ,it's 100 rupees worth , the beef is hard and their is no masala flavour as well as the taste is not good for a too good biriyani , the atmosphere is too good , the service is super , i am really wondering to how they succeed...
