The best Chinese restaurants I have been to in Kerala. The food has been very carefully prepared - flavors balanced, ingredients chosen well and even cut evenly and with purpose.
We tried
Fried Wanton Soup - it was very spicy. So be prepared. But did not damage the stomach. The wanton was carefully fried.
Vegetable fried rice - made to the palate of Kerala, and surprisingly with short grain rice to give an authentic touch.
Chicken manchurian - standard taste. Did not disappoint at all. It is tough to get authentic Manchurian these days.
Stir fried broccoli - this was the highlight. The broccoli was crisp and fresh, yet fried carefully over a wok. You could still feel the wok hey in the dish.
Basil fried rice - this was simple and flavorful. But not prepared with original recipe.
There is plenty of seating, but limited parking. Staff are cordial.

My question to the owners is why can't u train your staff to communicate when the restaurant is not functional and behave as if one's running a restaurant and not some local...
