Very disappointing experience. The items served were of very poor quality, yet the prices were unreasonably high. Compared to other Frozen Bottle outlets, this one offers substandard products. I am a huge fan of Frozen Bottle. I have been to this outlet 2-3 times and i always order Choco Hazelnut Brownie Shake. The quality of the shake has remained consistently on all my visits, but the cleanliness has declined from my first visit to the last visit. It didnt have the kind of neatness we expect from Frozen Bottle and had a weird smell. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the service was prompt.
