First time in night I ordered 3 chapathi and egg curry it was including extra parcel charge 150 r.s. it contains mallileafs. But I have no problem. It was tasty. There 2 egg pcs and lot of curry. So that me and wife visit next time at night, when I opened door and ask the man who was sitting in reception ? what items are available for eating - he said go and ask inside. Then we gone inside. Inside sitting area looks average ambience and cleaned tables. Washing area cleaned with enough tissues. I feel good in this section. Doors are simply open and closing. No need to give pressures. We are planned for ordering alfaham and we asked the guy for types of alfaham ingredients. Beacuse I will not eat for spicey items. So I knew better for me labaneese alfaham. We received with food very Bad. It was not boiled and not fried properly. Wife eat rice only. I eat maximum rice and chicken. So we decided will never ever come for here to eat alfaham here. I visited Sultan Restaurant today for their Uzbek Food Fest and had a terrible experience. The place was crowded, and I needed a table for two. They asked me to wait outside in their lounge, assuring they would call once a table was free. After waiting for half an hour with no updates, I went in to check and was shocked to see 2-3 tables empty. It seems they completely forgot about us.

By the time we were seated, it was almost closing time. Even then, no one attended to us promptly. After signaling for a menu and finally receiving it, I called someone within two minutes to place the order, only to be told that most items from the Uzbek Food Fest were sold out. Had they seated us earlier, we would’ve had a chance to order.

We wasted 40 minutes only to leave disappointed and head to another restaurant. The service was disorganized, unprofessional, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. Definitely the worst service I’ve encountered. Would...

I recently dined at Sulthan Restaurant Mamanglam Ernakulam, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff Haseena who made me feel right at home. Their warm smiles and attentive service set the perfect tone for the evening.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were vibrant, and you could tell that fresh ingredients were used.
