I had a very bad experience at this restaurant during my todays visit. This used to be one of my regular places about 6 months back, but things have changed completely.
Food Quality: The food did not taste good at all compared to how it used to be earlier. It has lost its quality and flavor. Even the drinking water was not good – it had a strong chlorine taste which made it undrinkable.
Service: The service was extremely slow and unorganized. We ordered a dish, but it never came even after waiting for a long time. Finally, we had to cancel the order, which was very disappointing.
Reward Points Issue: Over a year of visiting this restaurant, we had collected around 12,000 reward points. Since we didn’t visit for the past 6 months, we recently checked our balance only to be told that all points had expired. They said points expire every 3 months if we don’t visit, but this was never informed to us earlier. At the very least, the restaurant could have sent a call, SMS, or email to notify us before expiry. Because of this poor communication, our entire year’s points have gone to waste, and it feels very unfair.
Washroom Hygiene: There were no tissue papers available in the washroom. When we asked, the staff said the tissue paper machine was defective. For a restaurant of this level, not arranging a simple alternative is unacceptable. Tissue papers are basic hygiene essentials and should always be available.
Staff Behavior: Earlier, the staff here used to be very friendly and attentive, which made visits enjoyable. But now, the staff are neither attentive nor friendly, and they seem to carry an unhelpful attitude. This was very disappointing compared to the good service we were used to before.

Staff Behavior: In addition to the above, I noticed a decline in staff behavior. The service, which was once friendly and attentive, seemed less accommodating during my visit. A more positive and customer-oriented approach would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

While replicating the concept of Premium Restaurant may be easier, it doesn't match the level and quality of service they offer, which was completely absent at this location.
The food was extremely average; it was a very disappointing experience. Although the cozy and ambience are excellent, the food is not as good as it should be. Mandi Rice can be described as an average dish. And it doesn't taste very good. Al Faham was ok but spicy.

Nonetheless, they were anticipating positive reviews for rewards points and repeat customers for this disgraceful experience. Discounts and freebies are being used to deceive people into false ratings in different platforms that lack credibility. They are solely temporary and not long-term. You were asked to give your mobile phone numbers for this purpose.
Be truthful with the customers and show respect for their time and money. Providing high-quality food and exceptional service is key to achieving good ratings.
