The reason why I rated it as 3 stars is due to the fact that the music is turned up all the way up!!! I am not sure why they are doing it. After telling them to reduce the volume, at least a bit, they responded saying that the management wanted it to be turned it all the way up!!! WTH!!! If that is the case the rest of the review is for the management.... please note that the people coming there wants a place to relax and talk... not to shout at each other to even just hear what the other person is meaning to say or to study sign language to communicate ( i mean no disrespect when I wrote about signing... you would understand once you step into that lounge... its practically deafening!!!)!!! Please keep in mind that people find it very annoying when the music is that loud without even a dance floor.... so yeah, if you can reduce the volume a lot it would have been a better experience for me and my friends.
