The food was fine, but the customer service at this café was absolutely terrible. Three staff members behaved in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner. When we raised a simple request, instead of handling it politely, they acted as if they were mocking us. This is unacceptable in a service business.

To make matters worse, one of them wasn’t even in uniform, which shows a complete lack of professionalism. Their attitude was insulting and created one of the worst café experiences I’ve ever had. Tried chicken zinger burger. Fair pricing, good service. Took a parcel. Packing was very nice. In restaurant ambience is also nice. Staff was very polite and hygiene was also properly maintained. And most importantly taste was nice. As a tourist i tried mostly South Indian food. But for travelling purpose took parcel from here.
