Atmosphere was cool Food was okay But the service is just ….. Horrible

Never seen this kind of service anywhere Even small hotels offer a great service. But being a fame one, this hotel failed greatly in hospitality.

The waiter guy was literally annoying. He didn’t even care to check us if we have received all the items ordered and if we needed any more orders. He didn’t respond at all. After calling him for three to four times, he just stopped, but still has no patience to hear what we say. When we said we would like to cancel, he was very happy that we are going to finally leave. Never regretted his action. Never asked the reason why we canceled.

Go to this hotel only if you are Malayali Other state people are treated very horribly Another kannada family has got anxious too and they were also fighting over the same issue whereas Keralites were treated good and Kerala people who came after us left us before us as their orders were on time.

I won't say the food is bad. But the food is not upto the mark with the rate they charges for me the service was good and I was extremely happy with the service. But the table near to me was complaining about the service. Suddenly a group of management team came and convincing them, which is also not right. Instead of getting convinced that guests were feeling more uncomfortable as so many people talking to them at a time. I was having veg food for the lunch as I was going to the temple. Food was good. But rate was very high mainly or the veg chatting choru. It was a Rs.60/- worth meal(but limited) with two pieces of planner in a clay plate for Rs 220/-. Noodles and panner Manchurian are the other items we tried which was good eventhough the quantity of Panner was less. Still worth for a try as the food...

Update after 4 months : Standard nosedived to the rock bottom. Took away porotta and fish mulakilittath, which was rated 5* 4 months ago. Recent raid and fine for unhygienic food by food safety department underlines the fact that they have gone below standards. Porotta was under cooked and fish curry wasn’t fresh at all and had sour taste.

As the establishment turns older ,their food too are. Serious concern of food poisoning in near future if management doesn’t review their current policy.
