12/11/18 - Changing my review and taking out three stars following my unpleasant experience at this restaurant yesterday (11/11/2018). I'm from Kottayam and I always try to visit Burger Spot whenever I'm in Kochi. I went there in the afternoon and ordered a classic Jumbo burger, fries and mint lime mojito. The fries came ahead and it was good. The mojito however, felt like a regular 7up and it's not at all worth the price in terms of quality and quantity. Now the main course, the burger. I was so looking forward to it because I don't get good burgers where I live. When I had the first bite I did not notice that it was very hot because I just had some fries dipped in ketchup. The second bite, I felt that it was abnormally hot and I couldn't understand why a regular classic burger should be very spicy and hot! I asked the waiter about this and he went inside, came back and told me that it was a spicy one because I said so! I said I never told them to bring spicy burger. Yet they did, and ruined my meal and appetite. I could've asked them to bring the normal one but I totally lost my appetite and It was frustrating. I used to really liked this place and they totally ruined it. They did not care to ask me if I needed an other one or not or didn't even bother to apologise. I was so disappointed. I felt the staffs weren't properly trained or careful enough to take the order.
If the restaurant Management is reading this, please take care of such issues and teach your staff to take responsibility of their actions instead of making the customers walk out of your restaurant unhappy and frustrated.
Previous review:
Delicious burgers. Very juicy and fresh. I think it's not very expensive either compared to some other similar restaurants. Nice and clean diner and most importantly, very friendly staff. They treat you well and they seem to understand the value of each customer. I saw many people, especially students, coming to the place. Hope they will keep quality up in the future too. I felt that the wash area could be improved because it's too small. It's not bad enough take the one...
Read moreA very satisfactory experience. I have heard a lot about this place and the famed Burger Ka Baap, and safe to say, this place triumphed all expectations.
First things first, located right off the main road, Burger Spot is easy to spot and there is ample parking space. The place is huge and there are plentiful seats, including an outside arrangement. Interiors are nicely set, very tidy and the songs played set the right mood.
The staff is very courteous and will take their time patiently until you make which x and y and z of the burger combination you chose, and will help you with your choice as well.
As for the burgers - they are super tasty, and very neat. I usually find the sight of burgers quite intimidating, but these ones (we ordered the one just below Burger Ka Baap) were neat and clean - actually made me want to look forward to eat it!
We ordered the V2 Chicken, Classic Beef Burger and Spoties Beef Burger - all tasted very good. We also ordered the Green Apple Mojito and the Litchee Mojito, with French Fries. Fries were perfect and the mayo dip was special. The Green Apple essence was a bit strong, nonetheless tasty. The Litchee was the pick, was well balanced.
One thing I’d like to point out is that I liked the experience so well. There were no post consumption “that was so unhealthy” gross guilty feeling, haha. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Read moreI recently visited Burger Spot and had a great experience trying out their menu. I decided to order the Chicken Jumbo, Paneer Supreme Burger, Egg Sub Sandwich, and Green Apple & Mint Lime Mojitos.
I must say, the burgers were decent and definitely worth the price. The sauces used in the burgers were particularly noteworthy and added a unique flavor to the dishes. The chicken jumbo was juicy and well-seasoned, while the paneer supreme burger had a deliciously creamy texture. The egg sub sandwich was also quite tasty and filling.
One thing that stood out to me was how cheesy the burgers were. I am a big fan of cheese, and Burger Spot did not disappoint in that regard. The cheese added a delicious, gooey texture to the burgers, which I absolutely loved.
To wash it all down, I decided to try their Green Apple & Mint Lime Mojitos, which were a refreshing blend of sweet and tangy flavors. They were the perfect complement to the burgers and sandwich.
Overall, my experience at Burger Spot was great, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger joint. The food was tasty, the prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly...
