I was happy OYO customer.
For Kochi OYO always disappointing. After long years used OYO for night stay only when we traveling from Palakkad to Cochin. Mistakenly booked one guest instead of 2, it was my mistake and realized during 30 mts before reaching the property. Contacted host he is not at all cooperative and spoke rudely he asked me to cancel the booking. I requesting him as well as customer service for modification. Considering it was late night and case to case they can flexible. However I booked one room not bed space. Other guest was my father. When I said it will be difficult to find other room he told me literally go to hell in a different way. He can be professional, but he suppose to be friendly and caring when he working in hotel industry. He is not at all bother of about my money and not supporting me for upgrade. Because of his attitude I cancelled the booking late night and spend another 1000 bucks additional because of his no matter attitude.
When this people will grow up and learn manners. Hope OYO will take this issue seriously if they are consider themself as a good trustworthy or customer friendly hotel brand.

Read moreFirst of all, they don't know how to treat their customers. I really had a bad experience at this stay, i got a very good deal for this stay from Oyo at a cost around Rs.500. After seeing this offer price they dealt us like, we are something a head ache for them. Gave us a room at topmost floor at the very most corner. Even though he asked whether this room is enough, I was ok with that room at first sight. The fact I would like to point out is Oyo gave the room at this cost and I paid the money, it's not my responsibility to make the property owner profitable when iam paying for a stay. It's all the system they follow and affiliated with the OYO app. I can ignore all these things but I can't stop sharing this pathetic situation of the bathroom I had in that room. The water discharge from the AC was dropping directly in the toilet. How can one design an AC water outlet in a bathroom space?... So I would say even for Rs.500 their stay is not worthy..
