Cane Cabana — Restaurant in Kerala

I was excited to try some of their sugarcane juices, but the staff behavior disappointed me. When I walked in I was the only one waiting for parcel, later few of their familiar faces came in ordered. The staff put me on hold for 35 minutes, served all their 'familiar' faces, then prepared my order. When questioned this, the staff picked up an argument with me and said 'we have only one juice mixer with us, and we prefer to serve our permanent customer first'.. Well guess what, I became NOT their permanent customer, actually not a customer at all.😀

Being a customer centric business owner, it takes lot of effort to win a customer, with right staff and attitude you should do good, but now, it's a big NO from me.

Hint : go there when their permanent customers are not there, but I don't...

Cane Cabana is my prime choice for sugar cane juice around Kakkanad. The next is coco cane at Vazhakkaala.

You can have fresh normal sugar cane juice @ ₹30/- for one glass. Varieties of sugar cane juices available there like Nannari cane, ginger cane, lemon cane, Carrot cane etc.. , try yourself. But my favorite is always the normal one. They had snacks as well earlier but not now. Limited seating space but it is enough as no one is gonna spend more than 10-15 minutes over there.

You will get Value for money here. No sugar added sugar cane juices. Both plain and mixed with other fruit juices are available. Easily noticeable from the mainroad. But there is no parking facility. Accepts both liquid money cards. Also upi payments are accepted here. A mug of sugar cane juice surely helps you to relax and stay healthy. Well clean and maintained seating facilities.
