I had a disappointing experience Thrikkakkara Bread World, especially in terms of customer service.
The quality of customer service at Thrikkakkara Bread World is undeniably poor. Despite attempting to escalate my concerns to the manager, the encounter only worsened the situation. Not only was the manager dismissive, but his demeanor bordered on arrogance, which was disheartening considering the reputation of the establishment.
One would anticipate a more customer-friendly approach, especially given the upscale nature of the outlet. However, the experience was marred by the lack of attentiveness and professionalism exhibited by the staff and management.
Moreover, when inquiring about reaching out to the owners to address my grievances, the manager was unwilling to provide any contact details, citing company policy. This lack of transparency only added to the frustration of the encounter.

Read moreWhile visiting Kakkanad, We accidentally visited this shop/ cafe, After seeing the parking space my friend and I decided to enter the cafe to have some juices. The real drama begins then, they don't have any fruit items for juices, it leaves us to take tea. We ordered tea, the person who took the order gave a paper piece, asked me to pay by going somewhere else there I had to stand in queue for ages Since the order you gave just now is not the real order, you have to order with cash and collect the payment receipt and then again going back to sama person who gaves us a piece of paper earlier. I don't understand why we need to order twice.. then i realised while looking around, this cafe is not an ideal cafe where you can spend some time. A mini supermarket, only a few tables here and there. The other surprise, it was machine tea they gave us, you won't have authentic tea here. We sipped tea & left the place with full of...

While one sandwich and juice were to-go, we enjoyed the rest at the bakery. Up until the payment process, the service was commendable. However, the individual at the cash counter was quite dismissive and treated us as though we were there for a free meal. He insisted that I collect the bill from the snack counter myself. When I requested assistance, he curtly stated that it was the customer's responsibility to fetch and present the bill. To avoid escalating the situation, my brother retrieved the bill. After making a payment of Rs.700, we didn't even receive a receipt.
A note for the management: It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to collect bills from different counters. Especially for in-house diners, bills should be presented at the table...
