Chelsea Resto Bar — Restaurant in Kerala

If there was a 0 or negativ star...i would have given that.... Worst experience... First time entering a lounge bar without cold water... Ordered the drinks and had to ask 3 times for the complimentary sides... Ordered chicken chilly which was very badly cooked and i didnt even finish it.. And most importantly... Bar tenders try to learn some manners... A guy sits at the counter with headphone and mobile means he is not interested in conversation... Standing in front of me... Looking at my face and food like im going to order something... Is so irritating... I was going to ask the guy if he would like to have some chilly chicken.... Only visited because it was near my place of stay.... Never...

We never obtain items offered as per menu in the premium bar's beer section. When we enquired, the counter manager and the supply girl explained that while everything is available at the local pub, it is not yet ready to serve at the upscale establishment. There isn't a mob at the bar, unlike other bars in Kakkanad. The meal tastes nice, but the service is rather subpar. When we place an order and request that a certain item be served first, it is only served last. People will repeatedly stop by and inquire about the order. I have never recommended this...

Good service. Even better ambience to listen to music and drink some rasam, If you know i mean! And even better food. Tried few of their food items and it had been great everytime. They are doing a good job at maintaining the service. They seem to not have added pork, on their paper menu that they display. But they do have it. You might have to order it to get surprised. Lol. I got lucky to try their pork coconut fry. It was due diligence. Keep up the great...
