Everyone working here is really polite and hard working. Have to say that the manager, Ajay was very polite and nice. I had talked to him earlier as well, a very approachable person and I remember I had asked if it was possible for them to send something and he said that everything is possible at Hycnith and sent everything I had asked for, especially that amazing chocolate ice cream. Friendly and great with his work. I especially want to mention that there's one of employees named Ashwin, he was very very hardworking. I could see him asking all the people there if they need something from time to time. And he was running from one table to another to get the things they'd asked for. I see you Ashwin, I see your hard work! Also, Don!! Firstly, what a name! Secondly, another kind human who was taking care of water temp as well. Served us good food and asked if we wanted more, which is very kind as people at customer service are losing their spirit to provide the best for their customers. And these people were amazing examples of how everything you do for another person, a customer, can make them feel amazing. And gonna add one last person, Amit Mithilesh, from guest services, who provided me with fresh water bottles as soon as I asked for one, that too, every time. Had a short but good conversation with him as well. Very nice staff Hycinth! Had a great time in Trivandrum because of your fabulous staff. Ps, the receptionist who was there when we checked in around 00:00 hours on 17th, was very helpful as well. I don't know the name but he suggested all the nice places to visit nearby and the ways to get there and all the little secrets that only a local would know, hehe. I wrote a paragraph here but these people were just amazing! Wish I could give 1000 stars rating for this star...

Café CAFÉ My son and daughter-in-law had come for a few days and it was my daughter-in-law’s birthday today. So, we decided to go out for dinner. We decided to try out Café Jade at the Hycinth. I called them to book at table for 5 at 7.30 pm. The lady who answered my phone took my booking and asked me whether there was any occasion like a birthday or anniversary. I told her that it was a birthday dinner. We arrived at the hotel. The car was taken away by a valet. We were escorted to our table. As soon as we took our seats, the manager came and enquired whose birthday it was. Then they brought a cake with a candle lit on it. Spot lights were switched on and the speaker started playing the “Happy Birthday to you” song. We thought of ordering food a la carte. The manager suggested that we should try the buffet as they had a very extensive spread. We decided to go as per his suggestion. We were taking only vegetarian food today, but a decent number of vegetarian dishes were available. A large selection of salads and desserts were also available. There was a live station for Kerala Appam. Indian bread items like tandoori roti, butter naan, garlic naan and Kerala parotta were also available. There was also a station for fresh juices. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hycinth Hotel for our honeymoon, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.

Additionally, I would like to commend Amitabh, a staff member at the hotel. His friendly demeanor and attentive service made us feel right at home. He went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed and made several excellent recommendations for local attractions.

Our experience at Hycinth Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and we can't wait to return for another visit.
