Ariya Nivaas - A Vegetarian Hotel — Hotel in Kerala

This is the review for the restaurant alone.

TL;DR - One of the most popular vegetarian restaurants, with decent quality food and food service.

Highlights: Quick service Different ambience levels as per mood. Pure vegetarian Popular location

Experience: [ ] Product pricing and quality - The food items are priced a bit on the higher side. The Chinese options are just okay. The highlights are the South Indian options which were the best in my opinion. Quality was good and the service was quick.

[ ] Space - This is a mixed bag. There are three levels of seating with different spacing. The ground floor is the most crowded, the first floor is moderately crowded, but the tables are cramped. The second floor is spacious and we liked it the best.

[ ] Ambience - The ground floor has warm lighting, the first floor is slightly cooler and the second floor has cool lighting, almost white. We preferred the first floor. The first and second floors are air conditioned while the ground isn't.

[ ] Crowd - The place gets really busy at peak hours, but they make do with quick service.

Ease of access: [ ] Navigation accuracy - The place is easy to locate and the navigation was accurate.

[ ] Route preference - Navigation via maps is the fastest most of the time.

[ ] Wheelchair accessibility - This place is wheelchair accessible.

One of the best places to eat vegetarian food in Trivandrum. I’ll break down the review into Food, cleanliness and service

Food Simple but extraordinary to put it in simple words. Every dish here is crafted with care and perfection. Some recipes are simple like rasam and parippu, but what makes AN different from some other places is that here even that simple dish is made with care and clearly kitchen staff takes pride in their work. Top notch

Cleanliness This restaurant is on a busy street so obviously you might expect it to be dusty and greasy? But no, there is not a smidge of dust anywhere nor there is any in clean surfaces. The toilets clearly gets cleaned multiple times a day.

Service What can I even say about the service. In the last 3 days in Trivandrum this is one of the friendliest places I visited. The staff is so friendly and polite, it makes the whole dining experience a pleasure from start to finish. And to the server working on level 2 on December 1st lunchtime, your smile and friendly nature is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The worst customer service standards was experienced. Today I had guest with me so went to the property for having lunch. The management has come up with an ingenious idea of putting up a Multi level car parking so went to park my car where I was told that it is under maintenance so big cars cannot be parked. I asked for options and was told I can park anywhere as that is not his problem. Somehow managed to find a parking in front of the hotel went in to the non AC restaurant as my guest wished so. When i went to get coupons for lunch I was told that Google pay is not available, only cards are accepted. The way the cashier presented this was in a very arrogant manner as if we are disturbing him. I asked for the manager in charge he said to go and speak to the hotel counter. Even they refused to give the manager number. If any one looks for a fairly descent customer service PLEASE DO NOT VISIT this property as their customer service standards as very very poor.
