Caravan Arabic Cuisine — Restaurant in Kerala

I have faced a very bad experience from this resturant. I have visited this resturant on 16th March 2025 and ordered a loaded fries , iftar buffet and 2 mango juices , I entered the resturant around 6 and i got my loaded fries at 6:50 pm and the iftar kit was served around 7. Even after Waiting more than an hour in the resturant I didn't received my mango juice. When we asked about this delay very disrespectful response were seen from their side. When we questioned about the waiting time they replied back that they can't comment on the waiting time. Very arogant and disrespectful behaviour were seen from the staff side. All the staff behaved very arogant and no sign of apology were seen from their side. When we further questioned this behaviour they were shouting at us as to start a fight . We waited for more than an hour for this food and the review of the food is very poor , the loaded fries and iftar buffet were below average. Even not worth for our patience and time🙏 My humble request is to the owner of the restaurant, please teach your staff on how to behave to customers. If these manner is continued from your staff side soon you may shutdown your resturant 🙏🙏

My advice to the people who are thinking to visit this resturant is that if you have the patience to wait hours for a below average food and have the patience to tolerate these kind of behaviour from the staff side , i recommend this...

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Attitude

We visited this restaurant today (16-03-25) around 6:00 PM as a group of four. We ordered a few food items and juices. The first dish arrived only at 6:50 PM, and while the rest of the food followed, the juices never came.

After waiting for nearly an hour, we asked for the bill and said we no longer wanted the juice. Shockingly, the staff replied that it was still "being prepared." When we refused to take it, they simply blamed it on the rush hour. I pointed out that they could have at least informed us about the delay, but the billing staff rudely justified that they don’t need to give customers any time estimate or update them about delays.

To make things worse, instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff questioned why I was upset! According to them, customers should wait indefinitely without any communication.

This kind of attitude and service is completely unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic customer respect, think twice before...

I ordered food for takeaway, and I have to say the food itself was excellent. The flavors were rich, well-prepared, and everything tasted fresh when I enjoyed it at home. The quality of the dishes really impressed me. However, the customer service during pickup was not up to the mark. The staff seemed disorganized and not very courteous, which made the experience a bit frustrating. Clearer communication and a friendlier approach would have made the process much smoother.
