ChicKing — Restaurant in Kerala

This is an ideal option to have something that taste just like KFC but cheaper. I have bought food from here several times and am yet to be disappointed. The food is tasty and relatively cheaper as said earlier however the waiting time is horrendous. They get forever to serve maybe my over enthusiasm might be because of the intense hunger I got while waiting as the aroma of cooked chicken accelerated it. There is amble parking space and is located in a very accessible and prime location. They have like special offers on certain days so have a watch out for those as they could really save some bucks. The seating is comfortable however they did deny us( as a family) an ideal place where there was enough privacy and comfort on the pretext that it was barred and only opens at night ( which was weird because we have to literally pass through this area to go to the restroom or washroom every single time and yet it is barred). Their customer service is good but not like too good as some of the other similar establishments does. Anyway if you are a couple or a family or a group of friends or even alone you could have something tasty for again relatively cheaper rate. If it weren't for the super long waiting time and for the denial of seat ( not a big deal but still weird nonetheless) I could be even tempted to give it a five star but for now for the price and the taste of the food, four star seems to more...

Very bad experience....the place was poorly maintained...no ac and not even good number of fans....inside was very hot...washroom is poorly maintained......Food quality very bad....chicken was over fried(I think they are repeatedly frying same chicken many times)....no taste .... got food after 45 min after repeated query.......I ordered 8 piece chicken bucket .....but they are gave almost 4-5 wings instead of chicken to adjust number of pieces...when we asked waiter told the explanations that 8 piece means every parts of chicken will come.....worst experience 😭...I spoiled my day...😓😓.... plz don't waste your money .....go to some other shop and eat fried chicken....I think that will be better than going to this chicking...

As its next to my kids school we were semi-regulars there before the lockdowns. likes how they keep the the taste/quality of the food consistent. the staff are all cordial and courteous. Ordered for delivery first time from Chicking website last night. First thing to do after placing the order was call the 1800 number and confirm that our order was directed to this outlet. Delivery reached us after one hour. - 4*(our place is less than 4kms away.) Chicken was Awesome as usual -5* Chick pop was good but could have had a little more pop. - 5* Fries - all bad. cold. tasteless, not even salt. total disappointment. - 0* Wonder if there was any delay between our order being ready at the store and being...
