Very bad restaurant.Very irresponsible and fraudulent behavior.Never buy from this hotel.I had ordered 3 parota with mix veg curry, 4 parotta and a chicken club sandwich through swiggy.The delivery boy delivered the package to me and i found that chicken club sandwich was missing in the package and he asked me to contact the restaurant. When I contacted the restaurant they apologized and accepted that it was their mistake. They told us to order once more any food item for giving the missing chicken club sandwich and assured that they will refund for that order. So that we ordered 2 parottas from them again through swiggy. We paid Rs 100 for the 2 porottas (including taxes and delivery charge). We again contacted the restaurant for giving the order ID for including the missing chicken club sandwich of previous order in that package. They said that 'we are sorry and we will refund the Rs100'. I gave my google pay number for that.. About half an hour later the order for the missing item arrived.It was shocking that they included the 2 parottas in the package other than the missing club sandwich of the previous order. I was confused as if they will refund, why they included 2 parottas?.When I contacted them that man was acting childish. He told that "What refund?Did I told u that I will refund?The online cashier has gone. We will refund when he arrives"... After that they never refund our Rs100..Such a fraudulent behavior and irresponsibility..I have never ever seen such a pathetic business minded restaurant which doesn't value customer and...

Hello, To whomever reading this review.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at this restaurant, If you can call it that. It's a jungle of chaos where people are scrambling to deliver subpar food at a snail's pace in an establishment where sofas have no cushion, waiters lie to you and they don't make eye contact after taking an order... Everyone seems to be in a rush and they don't seem to be getting anything done.

I ordered a Hyderabadi Biriyani, The waiter promised it'll just take 5 mins. I waited 30 mins for a horrible creation of masala, dry chicken and undercooked rice.

210 rupees charged. 200 rs for the food and 10 extra for the explosive diarrhea which I'll be experiencing shortly.

I had a similar experience dining here before, where I waited longer and Got a similar distasteful serving. I didn't review this place then because I didn't want to waste my time, but this time I felt compelled because They didn't even have the courtesy to apologise to me properly like last time.

The only reason I went back to this place is because this is the only Non-veg Restaurant near my Workplace. Never again Hopefully. Thanks for reading my review. Hope this helped you choose...

I was a frequent customer of Garam masala. I really liked the taste of food from the day it started.

But in last couple of visits, I felt too bad with the taste of food. Today I visited again and this will be my last time eating food from here. The quality of food is detoriarating day by day. Today whatever I ordered was bad. One last thing is about the staffs un professionalism. They have to be taught about how to behave or respond to customers.. Everyone gives money for the food. The staff attitude is too bad and take it very lightly.., The price is increasing frequently and it's too costly nowadays.., I wonder why they charge 195 for a schezwan chicken fried rice. Too much frustrated with it. Either the egg or the chicken added was of poor quality or old one. I don't know.., If this continues, the restaurant will be shut down soon.

Please raise the concerns to the restaurant. Otherwise things won't change. Restaurants are now getting more orders online and they treat the visiting customer very lightly.., We are not eating for free., Keep that in mind..,

I will never visit it again and won't recommend it...
