Chills and Chillies is hands down one of the best cafés I’ve been to in a long time. Tucked away in a cozy little corner of the city, this place has the perfect blend of comfort, creativity, and culinary charm. From the moment you step in, the ambiance makes you feel right at home – warm lighting, tasteful décor, and just the right amount of background music to set a relaxing vibe.

The menu is diverse and caters to a wide range of tastes, whether you're a coffee purist, a tea lover, or someone looking for hearty snacks and fusion dishes. I ordered their signature Chilli Mocha (yes, it's a thing!) and was blown away by how well the subtle heat played with the rich chocolate and espresso. For food, I tried the peri-peri grilled sandwich and the loaded fries – both flavorful and perfectly portioned.

What stood out to me most was the attention to detail and the friendly staff. The barista was more than happy to recommend drinks based on my preferences and even offered a sample of their seasonal brew. Service was prompt, and the place was impeccably clean, including the restrooms – which, let’s be honest, says a lot about a café.

Service attitude is very pathetic. No taste for any of the items. Food preparation seems to be unhygenic. Front office manager doesn't want to hear the complaints. No tissue provided. Service boy has short term memory loss as he has noted down everything in book and forgot to bring items. Will not recommend for a visit

Our experience: Me: Need 2 combo burger meal Boy: " combo onnum ivde illa" Me: 2 pappaya juice Boy: "pappaya onnum ivde illa" Me: enna pinne 2 burger + nuggets + fries tharumo. Boy: noted in a book and repeated wrongly and I corrected it.

After sometime Boy : coming with 1 burger and one nuggets. Me: I asked I ordered 2 burgers Boy: "orenne undakkiyullu". Undakki tharam.

After some time Boy: coming and asking everyone "french fries aara order chythe" Me: ingu thannekkamo.

After sometime: Boy; water lemon juice aaraa order chythe.. Me: aa Hatha bagyan njan ane..ingu thaneru..

Finally after 45 min waiting for 2nd burger, I washed my hands and on coming down stairs Boy: Burger undakkunund. parcel edukkate..veetil poi thinnallo😃

Really good place for date and hangout. Refreshing atmosphere especially during sunset evening time. The rooftop lake view seat is recommended. Talking about the food, I ordered a chicken burger, vegetable shawarma, cold coffee, Sharjah shake, peri peri french fries as well. Out of these the vegetable shawarma was not that much good. You know, vegetarians will only have very small variety of options to choose and I request to provide those items with top notch quality and taste. I know that vegetarians are less in number when compared to non vegetarians, but considering their vulnerability and lesser options, please provide them with the tastiest options available. I really recommend you to improve the quality and taste of vegetable shawarma by rolling it using either rumal roti, butter naan or else a Paratha. Liked the spot and it's a must try place. You can also walk for a while through the copt Avenue walkway by enjoying the sunset and scenary....
