Shopping with Home Center has been a deeply disappointing experience. The product was delivered ok, but they literally make you beg to assemble the furniture. My order was delivered on 15th August, but two months and 17 e-mails later, it is still not assembled. Disgusted doesn't begin to describe the shopping experience with them. If you value your money, there are far better places. Every time you email the helpline, the reply is to bear with us, 2-3 days, we will get back, ticket has been raised, blah blah blah... And of course no one gets back. When we get fed up and contact them again, the story repeats. Definitely not...

Staff support is horrible. No one will let u know anything about the item you are purchasing. Recently I bought a curtain in the expectation of having 2 piece in the packet. Asked on guy about the lenght even he also didnt inform there is only one piece in the packet. I purchased it for an event at home and only saw it had 1 piece on the same day. Didnt had an option to purchase again on the same day. Horrible...
